| The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the proposed extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the host dwelling, unless otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with Policy SWDPR 28 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026. |
