| The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the proposed two storey side extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the host dwelling, unless otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with Policy SWDPR 28 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026. |
| The hedge located on the southeast boundary of the site shall be protected throughout the construction phase of the development. No building materials, plant, machinery, or waste shall be stored or placed within its vicinity at any time during construction. Reason: To safeguard existing boundary vegetation during construction and ensure biodiversity interests are appropriately protected, in accordance with the aims and objectives of Policies SWDPR 29 and SWDPR 30 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026. |
