The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Site Location Plan 101 Proposed Ground Floor Plan 201 Proposed First Floor Plan 202a Proposed Second Floor Plan 204 Proposed Third Floor Plan 205 Proposed Section AA 206A Proposed Section BB 207A Proposed Section CC 208A Proposed Section DD 209A Proposed Section EE 210A Proposed Section FF 211 Proposed Section GG 212 Heritage Report Preliminary Roost Assessment Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and policies SWDPR 9,,28,29 and 33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan
Notwithstanding any details shown on the approved drawings, details of all new internal joinery, including doors, architraves, skirtings and any associated mouldings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason To ensure that the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building is preserved.
No extract vents, flues, air source equipment, condensers, ductwork, pipework or other external plant associated with the approved development shall be installed unless details of their design, siting and method of fixing have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The equipment shall thereafter be installed only in accordance with the approved details. Reason To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and its setting.
Existing historic architectural features, including but not limited to staircases, fireplaces, cornices, plasterwork, skirtings, architraves, doors and other historic joinery, shall be retained and protected throughout the course of the works. No such features shall be altered, removed or damaged unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason To preserve the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building.
Prior to the first occupation of either dwelling, a copy of the approved Historic Building Recording shall be deposited with the Worcestershire Historic Environment Record (HER). Reason To ensure that an appropriate record of the historic building is publicly accessible in accordance with the interests of heritage conservation.
