| Notwithstanding any details shown on the approved drawings, details of all new internal joinery, including doors, architraves, skirtings and any associated mouldings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason To ensure that the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building is preserved. |
| No extract vents, flues, air source equipment, condensers, ductwork, pipework or other external plant associated with the approved development shall be installed unless details of their design, siting and method of fixing have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
