| Prior to first occupation of the development, the biodiversity enhancement measures identified within the approved Preliminary Roost Assessment (PRA), including the installation of at least two external swift nesting boxes (or equivalent features specified within the PRA), shall be installed and thereafter retained. Reason: To secure biodiversity enhancement in accordance with Policy SWDPR 29 and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The Development hereby approved shall not be occupied until sheltered, secure and accessible cycle parking has been provided, with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the provision must be retained for the purposes of cycle parking only at all times. REASON: To comply with County standards and to promote active travel options. |
