Having considered all relevant matters, including the requirements of legislation in s96A, the proposed changes are considered to be non-material to the planning permission when considered individually and cumulatively and would not affect the scope of the planning permission, the associated conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the approved plans condition, condition 2 of planning permission 26/00902/FUL only is updated. For the avoidance of doubt Condition 2 now reads: 2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and drawings: 2205-PP-02H 2205-PP-03H 2205-PP-04J 2205-PP-06 2205-PP-07E Boundary treatment (April 2026) Design and Access Statement (dated November 2022) Water Management Statement (dated 20 July 2022) Energy and Sustainability Statement (dated 3 August 2022) Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme. Reason: To define the permission.
