| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Location Plan Site Plan Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme |
| The development hereby approved shall not be occupied until the first 5 metres of the access into the development, measured from the edge of the carriageway, has been surfaced in a bound material. REASON: In the interests of highway safety |
| This permission does not authorise the Applicant to carry out works within the publicly maintained highway since such works can only be carried out by the County Council’s Approved Contractor, Ringway Infrastructure Service. Applications can be made online via the Worcestershire County Council website. The Applicant is solely responsible for all costs associated with construction of the access. |
