Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted relates only to the development described in the description of development and shown on the submitted As Built Plan dated 10 July 2026.
The measures set out within the Water Management Statement submitted in support of the application shall be fully implemented within six months of the date of this permission and thereafter retained and maintained in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDPR 39 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026.
The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material considerations, including planning policies and any representations that may have been received and subsequently determining to grant planning permission in accordance with the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as set out within the National Planning Policy Framework.
