| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Location Plan Existing and Proposed Floor Plan D10 Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and policies SWDPR 9, 28 and 35 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
| The new internal joinery and door shall match the design, detailing, materials and finish of the traditional joinery found within the existing house, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the works preserve the special architectural and historic interest of the Grade II listed building, in accordance with Section 16 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and policies SWDPR 9, 28 and 35 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
