Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission «plan_numbers» Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme
0Development shall not take place until a scheme of surface water drainage, which shall include proposals for sustainable drainage, (SuDS), has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be completed before the development is first brought into use, or in accordance with a timetable to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure satisfactory drainage of the site and to prevent the increased risk of flooding by ensuring a satisfactory means of surface water disposal.
For the use or reuse of sewer connections, either direct or indirect, to the public sewerage system the Applicant will be required to make a formal application to STWL under Section 106 of the Water Industry Act 1991. The Applicant may obtain copies of current guidance notes and application form from either the STWL website (www.stwater.co.uk) or by contacting the STWL Development Services Team (Tel: 0800 707 6600).
