Condition Details / Information Notes
The approved works should be carried out in by a suitably qualified and competent tree contractor and in accordance with industry best practice (BS 3998:2010 – Tree work – Recommendations). Consent will have to be obtained for the removal of Holly T8 from the landowner of where the tree is situated before works commence.
