The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
The works hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this consent. Location Plan (dated 2nd December 2022) Proposed Site Plan (dated 27th March 2023) Proposed Rear Elevation (dated 27th March 2023) Proposed Roof Plan (dated 27th March 2023) Proposed Section Plan (dated 27th March 2023) Proposed Solar PV Panel Layout (dated 2nd December 2022) Solar Edge Report (dated 2nd December 2022) Solar Panel Data Sheet (dated 2nd December 2022) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt, to ensure that the works take the agreed form envisaged by the Local Planning Authority when determining the application and to ensure the works preserve the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building. |
The solar equipment hereby permitted shall be maintained in good order and removed as soon as reasonably practicable when no longer needed or operational. Works of making good, whether internal or external, shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to colour, material, texture and profile. Reason: In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the building in accordance with policies SWDP 6 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material considerations, including planning policies and any representations that may have been received and subsequently determining to grant planning permission in accordance with the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as set out within the National Planning Policy Framework. |
The Listed Building Consent is granted in strict accordance with the approved plans and specifications contained in the application. It should however be noted that: a) Any variation from the approved plans and specifications following commencement of the works, irrespective of the degree of variation, will constitute unauthorised works, would be a criminal offence and would be liable for enforcement action. b) You or your agent or any other person responsible for implementing this consent should inform the Local Planning Authority immediately of any proposed variation from the approved plans and ask to be advised as to the best method to resolve the matter. |
Any damage caused by or during the course of the carrying out of the works hereby permitted should be made good within 3 months after they are complete |
