Condition Details / Information Notes
The decision to grant planning permission takes into account the provisions of the Development Plan, in particular policies BE1 and H22 of the City of Worcester Local Plan 1998 and it was considered that, on balance, the proposal would not cause demonstrable harm to the amenities of the area and highway safety.
The development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years from the date of this permission.
The materials to be used for the external facing/roofing surfaces in the development should match in size, colour and texture those on the existing building.
The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the access, turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plan have been properly consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and these areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
To maintain the character of the property and the quality of the street scene in accordance with policy BE1 of the City of Worcester Local Plan 1998.
In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the safety and free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway in accordance with policy TR13 of the City of Worcester Local Plan 1998.
