Condition Details / Information Notes
An application for the approval of reserved matters must be made not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and the development must be begun not later than the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last matter to be approved. For the following reason:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 92 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The development hereby approved shall be carried out in and completed in full accordance with the submitted plans, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission. For the following reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a satisfactory form of development in accordance with policy BE1 of the City of Worcester Local Plan 2004.
No further development shall be commenced before samples of roofing material/s have been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing. For the following reason:- To maintain the character of the property and the quality of the street scene in accordance with policy BE1 of the City of Worcester Local Plan 2004.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any other order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), restricing Part A to F inclusive. For the following reason:- To safeguard the privacy of both the occupants of the adjacent properties and of the development hereby approved in a satisfactory manner in accordance with policy BE1 of the City of Worcester Local Plan 2004.
