The development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. For the following reason:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The development hereby approved shall be carried out in complete accordance with the submitted plans, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission. For the following reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to secure a satisfactory form of development of in accordance with policies SWDP 21 and SWDP 28 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
